Breakdown of the event

Please arrive by 8:30am sharp for a healthy continental breakfast and start. Refreshments will be served during the seminar.

Session 1:
“Teach your patients how to burn fat in their sleep”

Dr. Robert Verkerk

Dr. Verkerk, a leading global expert in healthcare sustainability and founder of Alliance for Natural Health (ANH) International will reveal how particular dietary and activity protocols can be used to optimise metabolic flexibility and the beta-oxidation of fatty acids through cyclic keto-adaptation. People who are keto-adapted not only burn fat easily, they also burn fat in their sleep and dramatically reduce their risk of chronic diseases.

He’ll also show how methylation defects may adversely affect a variety of functions in the body, how to test for them, and what can be done to offset their impact in your patients through the individualisation of protocols.

Session 2:
“Genetic testing to inform and prioritise your nutritional and lifestyle protocols”

Meleni Aldridge

Meleni Aldridge, a practitioner with over 25 years of experience, executive coordinator of ANH and MD of Bite the Sun, will deliver practical guidance on how you can test for and interpret genetic variations affecting key processes such as lipid metabolism, insulin resistance, detoxification, obesity, inflammation, oxidative stress and bone health. She’ll also reveal how results from these tests, combined with body composition and metabolic risk data, can be used to deliver personalised protocols that will transform your patients’ outcomes.

Session 3:
“From chasing antelopes to peptides – the health revolution has arrived”

Dr. Robin Willcourt

Drawing extensively on over four decades of experience as a Doctor in the frontline of cutting edge restorative health and anti-aging medicine, Dr Willcourt will reveal a blueprint that will allow you to transform your patients’ approach to what and how they eat, as well as how they move. He’ll also show how peptides (prescribed by a Doctor and dispensed from an approved Australian compounding pharmacy) can be used to help restore growth hormone levels to that of a 25-year-old, while improving healing from injury, immune function, athletic performance, weight loss and libido.

Research Nutrition

globally sourcing the highest quality supplements and world-leading functional testing services for healthcare practitioners.

“As the complexity of health conditions being presented increases, it is so important to be able to understand and address these on both a metabolic and genetic level – not just for improved patient results in the short term, but in order to prevent or reduce the likelihood of disease in the future. The use of advanced methylation and genetic testing allows clinicians not only to streamline and target nutritional protocols, but also to support patients’ health from the top down, not just symptomatically.”
– Kate Johnston, Naturopath | Nutritionist, Kore Wellbeing
